Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange policy lasts 14 days.

  • A full refund will be provided on unused merchandise with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
  • If 14 days have gone by since your purchase or you do not have a receipt, we can only offer store credit.
  • To be eligible for a return or store credit, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
  • For items that are ordered online, you have 14 days from the time your package was received to initiate a return or exchange.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below.

All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your item has shipped, we will provide you with a USPS tracking number.

Please make sure that you correctly fill out your shipping address, as we will not be responsible for additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses.




If you would like to return your unused, unwashed, regular priced item, please email us at Once we respond, please mail it to: Why I Love Where I Live, Attention: Returns, 267 S. Avenida del Convento, Tucson, Arizona 85745, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



If you'd like to exchange your unwashed, unused, regular priced item for a different size or new item, please send an email to and send your item to: Why I Love Where I Live, Attention: Exchanges, 267 S. Avenida del Convenot #6, Tucson, AZ 85745, United States. We will pay for the new item to be shipped to you, but the shipping cost of the returned item is the responsibility of the customer.



Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.



(If Applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
